AugRep Remote Repair Survey

This survey is conducted as part of a Master's research project at PFH Göttingen in cooperation with AugRep GmbH.

  • Your opinion matters: There is no right or wrong. We are interested in your personal experiences – even if you have little to no previous experience with repairs, your answers are highly valuable to us!

  • Data Processing & Access: Your responses are strictly confidential and 100% anonymous. No identifying IP addresses will be stored. The data is processed securely on the servers of PFH in Germany. Only the primary researcher has access to the raw data, which will be permanently deleted no later than 6 months after the completion of the analysis.

  • Your Rights: Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may stop participating at any time without providing a reason and without any negative consequences. Because the survey is anonymous, it will not be possible to withdraw your data once it has been submitted.
