Brief Survey on Work-Related Attitudes and Experiences

Dear Participants,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. It will take approximately 5 minutes. The aim is to validate brief scales measuring work-related attitudes and experiences. Please only participate if you are currently employed – part-time employment is sufficient. You will be asked to evaluate various statements and answer a few questions. There are no right or wrong answers – only your personal perspective matters.

If you hold more than one job, please refer to the position with the highest number of working hours for all of the following questions. If two or more positions have equal hours, please refer to the one that is more important to you personally.

Informed Consent for Study Participants:

This study investigates how work-related psychological constructs such as work happiness and turnover intention are related to one another.

Data Storage and Anonymity: This is an anonymous survey. No IP addresses will be stored.

Use of Data: The collected data will be used for scientific purposes in research and teaching, as well as for scale development. The results and data from this study may be published as scientific publications. This will be done in anonymized form.

Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw your consent at any time and without giving reasons, and you may discontinue your participation in the study without any personal disadvantage. Please note that deletion of your data is not possible, as this is an anonymous survey.
